Being always concerned about our guests’ and personnel’s wellbeing and having as priority your safety, we remain committed to premium standards and we have complied with all necessary measures set by the Government. 

Being in an unfortunate situation we all stay united, we remain calm and optimistic and we act with responsibility. We stay up to date following the guidelines set by The World Health Organization and the National Public Health Organization while In the meantime, we’ll be doing our bit to prepare for your future holiday. We know what holidays with your friends and loved ones mean to you. When the time comes, we’ll be here to make sure you relax, recharge and dream the way you want to.

For this reason, we modify our rates for 2020 as a first step to encourage you to spend your holidays in our dreamy island when it will all pass. Specifically, our mid-season rates will now apply for the high-season as well, with a commitment to keep this new rate policy also valid for your 2021 bookings that will be made until May 31st 2020.

Our Cancellation Policy becomes more flexible - Focused as we are to provide our guests with flexibility during those challenging times, we update our existing cancellation policies, not only for those of you have already booked your stay with us, but also for all guests who will make a future reservation in any of the Secret Hotels.

If you have already booked your stay with us:

  • For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates which are typically more restrictive, we will allow full date modification or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences due to the seasonality.
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

*Important Information: Individual guestrooms individual refunds of any kind may take up to 30 days from the date of the cancellation to be processed.

If you wish to make a new reservation with us for 2020:

  • For guests making new reservations for any future arrival dates, including reservations with prepaid rates, between today and the 31st of May we will allow full date modification or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

*Important information: Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences due to the seasonality.

Our Cleanliness Policy:

Our hygiene and cleanliness standards remain high and we constantly take measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We make sure all necessary actions from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures are taken. 

Greece is well known for its strong tourism background and commitment to hospitality throughout the centuries.  We remain not only optimistic but certain that another wonderful season is yet to come. We look forward to welcoming you again!
